ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. In plain English, it's one system that runs the whole business: field, office, customers, and money. The alternative is a route app, a CRM, a spreadsheet, and a billing tool that don't talk to each other. A clipboard app tracks the pool. Pool Command runs the company.
